Havana, Nov 12 (Prensa Latina) Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel on Friday urged to open his country´s borders and welcome tourists responsibly, under the premise that the pandemic continues even if Cuba is currently controlling Covid-19 and moves on its vaccination campaign.
