Baltonado made a call to the more than four million citizens registered in the electoral roll to go to the polls, where the political future of the country will be decided.
She said that according to reports of the CSE people are queuing up all over the country to cast their votes.
She highlighted the priority given in the voting centers to people with disabilities (as in her own case) and to senior citizens.
This Sunday, almost 4.5 million Nicaraguans are electing the president and vice president, as well as the deputies to the National Assembly (Legislative) and the Central American Parliament.
