Sandino Arauz invited all Nicaraguans to exercise the right to vote in these general elections, eighth that takes place in the Central American country after the fall in 1979 of the dictatorship of Anastasio Somoza Debayle.
This Sunday, almost 4.5 million Nicaraguans are summoned to elect the presidential formula, as well as the deputies to the National (Legislative) Assembly and the Central American Parliament.
