United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres will also participate in the summit on Monday to call for new and concrete climate change policies to eliminate carbon production subsidies and invest in clean technologies.
Cuban Minister of Science, Technology and Environment Elba Rosa Perez will attend the University of Glasgow on Monday for the premiere of a documentary on the Task Life, as the plan designed by the Cuban government to face climate change is called.
