Over 952,000 people have been diagnosed sick since the outbreak of the pandemic in the country on March 11th, 2020, and 8,236 have died, as per a report released on the website of the Ministry of Public Health.

3,892 people remain admitted, of them 3,795 evolving stably, while 97 confirmed patients (42 critical and 55 serious) are in intensive care, the report added.

The data from the health authorities registered a lethality of 0.87 percent against 2.03 in the world and 2.45 percent in the Americas.
