The panel ‘Permanence of the Moral World’ will pay tribute to that Cuban storyteller and researcher on the 100th anniversary of his birth, which will be available on the Facebook profile of the Casa de Iberoamerica cultural institution.
Cintio Vitier is considered the major scholar on the work of Cuban National Hero Jose Marti, and was also a member of the so-called Origenes group, which brought together distinguished figures of the Cuban culture, among them Jose Lezama Lima, Eliseo Diego, Fina Garcia Marruz and Virgilio Piñera.
The penultimate day of the Festival also invites to participate in the debates of the 10th Regional Workshop of Exchange and Experiences, whose main issue this Friday will be about the ‘Innovative cultural and artistic production for the resilient territorial development.’
The Iberoamerican Culture Festival began on October 24 in Holguin province, eastern Cuba, with a program of visual art exhibitions, panels, forums, cultural shows, among other activities.
