We have taken the decision to respond harshly to the aggression perpetrated by Israeli aircraft against grouping centers and youth services involved in the fight against terrorism, the Syria Allies Operations Room informed in a statement.

It admitted that the attack resulted in a number of deaths and injuries, and the death toll would have been much higher if those fighters would not have deployed over large areas at the time of the attack.

As the communique stated, the main mission of the allies’ legitimate presence in Syria has always been to assist the Syrian State in fighting terrorists, particularly the Daesh extremist organization.

According to Damascus, Israel perpetrated about 100 aggressions against Syrian territory during 2020 and already exceeded 26 in 2021.

The Syrian Government condemned those actions and deplored the silence by the United Nations in the face of them, as well as ratified the legitimate right to defend the integrity and sovereignty of the national territory by all legitimate means.
