Al-Ameri’s objection came after the announcement that Al-Fatah Alliance won 14 seats in Parliament after it had 48 seats in the 2018 elections.
This Monday, the Electoral Commission notified that in the legislative polls, the Sadr Movement won 73 seats, followed by the Progress coalition with 38 and the State with 37 out of 329 seats at stake.
