Muttaqi said that at the meeting they talked about cooperation in different branches such as railroad and other projects, Ariana news agency reported last Friday.
On the other hand, Kamilov said he was happy to see clean streets, managed city work, people out of their homes and a safe atmosphere, adding that Uzbekistan had always focused on the mutual interests of the two countries.
The visiting foreign minister said he hope Afghanistan would soon find a strong place in the international community and assured that his government remaines committed to its promises on border flow, energy and trade.
At the end of the meeting, Muttaqi highlighted recent progresses made towards the formation of the government, and expressed his gratitude to his counterpart for the reconstruction of the Maza-e-Sharif airport and other aid provided to Afghanistan.
