The CDPC report noted that in the last 24 hours 341 people, 61 more than the previous day, died from causes associated with the lethal disease, which is on a downward trend in the world but not yet extinct.
With the new data, the accumulated number of deaths in African countries reached 212, 186, according to Prensa Latina’s count based on official data from the health services of the countries in that area.
In the same line appear the contagions since the specialized entity, ascribed to the African Union and part of the World Health Organization, gathers an accumulated of 8,343,165 due to the addition of the 11,215 cases registered last Wednesday.
