Kim extended warm congratulations to the Chinese people, government and party on behalf of the Korean government and people, the KCNA news agency highlighted on Friday.

For 72 years after the foundation of the new China, its people achieved great successes in the struggle to forge the destiny of the nation and for national prosperity by overcoming all the challenges and trials of history under the guidance of the Communist Party, Kim recalled.

He emphasized that the Chinese people entered a historical journey of building a basically well-off society and a modernized socialist state.

As colleagues and friends, the Korean leader continued, we are pleased with the successes achieved in socialist China as if they were ours.

I am convinced that the dream of prosperity of the Chinese nation will come true, thanks to the socialist idea of ​​the new era with Chinese peculiarities and the efforts of the Chinese people, united around the party, Kim Jong Un ratified.

He noted that the Korean party, government and people will firmly support China’s just struggle to defend the sovereignty, the right to development and the territorial integrity of the country, frustrating maneuvers of hostile forces.
