In a communique, the Iranian Representation to the United Nations Office in Geneva, Switzerland, expressed that a regime of occupation, massacre, terrorism and violations such as the one in Tel Aviv lacks moral standing in the Human Rights Council.
The text assures that the Israeli regime is the same condemned by the United Nations General Assembly Resolution 3379, adopted on November 10, 1975, which equated Zionism with South African racism and apartheid.
However, on December 16, 1991, Resolution 3379 was annulled by the United Nations General Assembly Resolution 4686, under pressure from the United States and other Western countries.
For more than seven decades, the communique adds, Israeli-occupied Palestine suffered massacres, ethnic cleansing, systematic torture, assassinations and arbitrary detentions.
