The programs address the production and development of toothpaste with national raw materials and the development of technology products and mitigation of environmental impacts on the Light Industry, the official explained.
These programs are essential to promote research, development and innovation of projects that contribute to substitute imports of raw materials, she added.
It also includes finished products, quality improvement, technological solutions and the mitigation of environmental impacts. At the meeting, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Technological University of Havana, known as the CUJAE, and GEMPIL, to promote research, development and innovation with a view to strengthening Cuba’s Light Industry.
