After paying a farewell visit to Seychelles President Wavel Ramkalawan at the State House, the Cuban diplomat noted that in a satisfactory way collaboration also extends to other fields such as agriculture, education and sports.
According to the Seychelles News Agency, over 60 Cuban medical specialists are currently working in the health sector here.
Referring to the educational field, he also underscored that many children in Seychelles ‘carried out undergraduate and postgraduate studies in different fields in Cuba.’
Macias Pino, who said to be satisfied with the work done in Seychelles in the last five years, noted that he has enjoyed the hospitality in that country, with very nice people.
Seychelles, an archipelago in the western Indian Ocean, established diplomatic relations with Cuba in 1978.
