The head of the Health Commission of the Taliban movement, Mawolavi Hassibullah Ahmadi, expressed his gratitude for this humanitarian action, Ariana news agency reported on Monday.
Sixty tons of relief goods were also received on Sunday, sent by the United Arab Emirates, and a Taliban spokesperson said the aid from around the world, especially from Arab nations, will help meet the people’s challenges.
After the complete withdrawal of foreign forces from Afghanistan on August 31, the only international flights that have landed in Kabul have been those assistance flights.
