During his morning press briefing at the National Palace, the president announced some aspects of his third report to the nation, which he will present on Wednesday only in the presence of the cabinet due to the limitations imposed by Covid-19.

He reiterated to be satisfied with what he has achieved, because despite the pain and sadness caused to the people by the pandemic and its impact in the national economy with a decrease of 8.5 percent, the country is moving forward and it is in full recovery.

Fighting the major pandemic, the plague of corruption, was an important decision and we did not stop, and thanks to that, we present the foundations to begin a new life in Mexico, that is why I am optimistic and I tell the people that we are doing well, and we are going to achieve the purpose of living in a better, fairer and freer society.

First, we will see what the people will say, because I will revoke my mandate by late March and all Mexicans will decide at a consultation if I stay or go, Obrador said.
