According to France´s Foreign Ministry, at least 100 French people and 1,500 Afghans have arrived in France, transferred from Kabul International Airport.
The ministry pointed out that as many as 450 people have arrived in France in past two days (nearly all them from Afghanistan), local television aired.
For the evacuation, which began on August 15, France transferred passengers to a French Air Base in Abu Dhabi and then to Paris.
