At the Jesus Montane sports facility, the president promoted the strengthening of social work in the neighborhoods, the Presidency of the Republic reported on Twitter.

Presidents and delegates of people’s councils, community and religious leaders, artists, athletes, young people and representatives of Local Development Programs involved in several projects attended the meeting.

In recent days, Diaz-Canel has chaired meetings with representatives of several sectors of society, including young people, peasants, economists, religious and lawyers.
