Luis Almagro is meddling into Bolivia´s internal affairs, ‘with the purpose of’ coordinating destabilizing processes,’ the foreign ministry added.

The Foreign Ministry condemns these OAS´ new actions, asks the international community to be alert and denounces Almagro´s unilateral stance.

The text followed an audit by the OAS General Secretariat questioning an expert opinion of the Bolivian Attorney General’s Office of the University of Salamanca.

The audit process –supported by Almagro- was carried out without complying with an agreement with Bolivia and ended up as a unilateral and biased process with erroneous and forced conclusions, Bolivia´s foreign ministry reported.
