In its latest Monthly Report on the behavior of the economy in May and June, the ISTAT highlighted the growth in world trade, although at a slower pace.

Meanwhile, the document pointed out, the recovery of the economic activity continues in Italy, which is expected to include the services sector.

The report highlighted the increase in industrial production from March to May, compared to the previous quarter, while the occupancy level improved, promoted by fixed-term contracts, along with a progressive reduction of inactivity and a marginal decrease in unemployment.
