The exercise involved four fighters, which also bombed camouflaged ammunition depots of a suspected conventional enemy, the military agency said.
The Tu-22M3s planes were supported by two MiG-29 fighters from the Air Defense Forces and the Uzbek Air Force.
The Russian Defense Ministry assured that all flights were conducted in strict compliance with international rules for the use of the airspace.
About 1,500 soldiers from the two countries, up to 200 weapons and military equipment, and four Tu-22M3 planes from the Russian Aerospace Forces took part in the exercises between the Russian and Uzbek armies.
