That lawsuit is part of an ongoing conspiracy with the aim of endangering national security and attempting to undermine the country’s sovereignty, according to a notification from state-owned Ethiopia News Agency (ENA).
Opening a corridor in a sovereign state is, essentially, unacceptable by any means and, in addition, the arrest of more than 300 terrorists who illegally entered the nation from Sudanese territory was recently revealed, the document notes.
Many analysts, the text points out, consider that USAID administrator Samantha Power’s visit to Sudan and Ethiopia could be part of the conspiracy to put pressure on the Ethiopian state about this issue.
This plot emanates from the desire to smuggle weapons with the Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF), not to enable and ensure an emergency humanitarian assistance, the document denounces.
