We ratify our full solidarity with the Communist Party of Cuba in light of the vile plots orchestrated by the United States administration and its agents and intelligence agencies to destabilize the situation in Cuba, noted the statement, signed by the Political Bureau of the organization.

It denounced the efforts by successive US administrations to conspire against governments that reject Washington’s hegemony and defend their sovereignty and the rights of their peoples.

That is nothing new, therefore, it requires more solidarity and cooperation among all national liberation forces to strengthen unity in the face of the challenges, the text remarked.

Syria reaffirmed, through statements issued by its Parliament, the Foreign Ministry and the Federation of Workers, its strong repudiation of the blockade imposed on Cuba and the efforts by the United States to destabilize the Caribbean nation, and considered that imperialist powers are trying to apply the same dirty recipe that they initially used against Syria.
