In a communique, CONACI pointed out that the Cubans ‘who we love and build,’ contrary to humanitarian or military interventions, live outside the Caribbean nation.
Those Cubans mobilized and organized to send syringes and not bombs, medicines and not invasions, love and solidarity and not hatred and destruction, said the statement and added that ‘we must not allow that those who hate and destroy, take away our people’s sleep.’
The organization that brings together a score of associations of Cuban residents in this country urged to raise ‘our voices against the media war and slander that from social media distort, muddy, denigrate and disrespect the country.’
Joining forces and good ideas to continue building that homeland by the humble and for the humble are in the hands of the Cubans in and outside the island, only love and unity, good feelings and good purposes will make it possible, the Coordinating Committee emphasized.
