In statements to Prensa Latina, Espinal enlightened how the US supports and finances those who try to destabilize Cuba and also supports the economic blockade that is increasingly alienating the United States from its neighbors.

The rejection of the US blockade against Cuba is majority, 184 nations voted in favor of its end and only two countries (the US and Israel) were against, and despite everything, the United States continues to impose its blockade against Cuba, harming its (the US) relations with Latin America and the Caribbean.
