‘This is an extraordinary act of aggression by the United States and an attempt to destabilize Cuban society and the citizens of other countries,’ according to the text. ‘The acts of vandalism and individual terror against Cuba planned in the United States actually demonstrate that [the US government] uses terror as a form of its policy towards Cuba and the peoples of other countries.’
The proclamation also denounces the massive dissemination of lies in the media about the events in Cuba in order to separate the citizens of different countries on the need for Washington to end its hostile policy against the island, requests that the White House lift the blockade against Cuba and calls for international solidarity in support of Cuba.
