Havana, Jul 18 (Prensa Latina) Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez on Sunday expressed gratitude to the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) for the donation of 800,000 syringes with needles to fight Covid-19.
