The Office of the President indicated that Deuba was sworn in into office according to a Supreme Court verdict based on an article of the country’s Constitution, The Himalayan Times reported.
The Court at the same time reinstated the House of Representatives, dissolved in May by former Prime Minister Khadga Prasad Sharma Oli.
Deuba will have to win trust of the House of Representatives within 30 days, as the Constitution of this Himalayan nation establishes.
Four new ministers, two from the Nepalese Congress and two from the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Center), joined the new cabinet.
