Cuba receives int’l support in the face of destabilizing actions

Caracas, Jul 12 (Prensa Latina) The executive secretary of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America-People's Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP), Sacha Llorenti, condemned the interventionist agenda against Cuba promoted by the United States.

In a message published on Twitter, the head of ALBA-TCP also rejected statements made by the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Luis Almagro, in support of destabilizing actions that took place this Sunday on the island.

The Farabundo Martí National Liberation Front (FMLN, in Spanish) also rejected from El Salvador a campaign aimed at generating destabilization in Cuba.

The Salvadoran leftist alliance condemned in a communiqué the media manipulation to impose a narrative alien to the Cuban reality, with the sponsorship and money of Washington and its acolytes of the counterrevolution.

The FMLN called on international organizations to demand the end of the economic blockade Washington has hardened against Cuba, which is the cause of the hardships the island is facing.

The People’s Vanguard Party (PVP, communist) expressed its confidence that Cuba will defeat, once again, the perversity of the US government and ratified its support for the Cuban Revolution.

Cuba is an example of generosity and respect for all the nations of the world. ‘We respect and admire the Cuban people in permanent revolutionary struggle’, they stressed in their statement.
