Santiago, Chile, Jul 9 (Prensa Latina) The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) on Thursday raised its regional growth estimate for 2021 to 5.2 percent, but considered it insufficient to overcome Covid-19 impact.
