The hearing was postponed for the fourth time to give Samir Enriquez, witness of the accused Roberto Rodriguez, the opportunity to appear in court. He did not appear on Thursday and sent an excuse to the court.
The court also informed that the trial will continue on Monday, and as soon as Enriquez’s hearing concludes, it will give way to a pending witness of another defendant, in this case Andres Bautista.
Subsequently, Conrado Pittaluga’s defense will continue with the presentation of its documentary and testimonial evidence, after which the evidence presentation phase will end.
