The Spanish electronic bulletin ‘Buen Viaje a Cuba’ said this weekend that it is a first contract of this kind that a Cuban tourism company establishes.
The announcement is directly related to Canada, Cuba’s major tourist-sending market before the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The curious detail is that the agreement was signed underwater, near the Faro Luna Scuba Diving Center, in Cuba’s south-central Cienfuegos province.
