The Friendship and Solidarity with Cuba Coordinating Committee ratified its position in a statement in which it joined those who condemn the coercive measures by the US Government against Cuba for more than 60 years.

The communiqué noted that the economic, financial and commercial blockade is a mass, flagrant and systematic violation of the human rights of all Cubans.

It also calls to raising the awareness of all States that have indifferently maintained a stance as accomplices to Washington’s blockade.

The Coordinating Committee denounced the intense smear campaigns, supported by the media that play political roles, against the Cuban medical cooperation programs.
