According to Russian Ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov, the participants in the meeting between President Vladimir Putin and his US counterpart Joseph Biden left Geneva ‘with the hope that bilateral ties would stabilize.’
Antonov informed that in the first hours in the United States, he sent a series of proposals to different US colleagues about possible meetings to make progress in the bilateral relationship and the ‘need to hold a serious conversation on how we will live together,’ the diplomat noted.
Antonov stressed that both countries have to find options on ‘how to live without quarreling on this planet,’ he said, according to TASS news agency.
