Soldiers and fighters allied to the Liwa Al-Quds militia continued their combing operations in the border areas between Hama and Raqa provinces, where they found hideouts and some contained food and ammunition, an operations officer told Al-Watan daily.

In turn, Syria Resists Aggression website reported that some of these hideouts served as operational centers and at least 14 terrorists were killed in the course of their search.

Likewise, Syrian and Russian fighter planes intensified their reconnaissance flights and raids in the desert of Homs and Deir Ezzor, while 14 vehicles armed with soldiers arrived in the locality of Maadan in the south of Raqa to reinforce the government troops operating in this area.

Damascus and Moscow denounced on several occasions that the United States trains and transfers terrorists to use them in attacks against army positions and civilian communities in the Syrian desert.

According to verified data, the recent aggressions in the desert are planned and facilitated by US forces, which offer weapons and intelligence information to the terrorists from their base in the Syrian region of Tanef, in order to destabilize and prolong the war in this Levantine nation.
