Khan said during an interview that this nation suffered 70,000 casualties by joining the US war and it cannot afford more military action by Washington on Pakistani soil, according to the radio station.
‘We will be partners in peace but not in conflict,’ the prime minister said, adding that there should be a political agreement in Afghanistan before the United States leaves the neighboring country, as there is a possibility of a civil war and Pakistan would suffer the most, after Afghanistan itself.
Khan also pointed out that this territory has already hosted three million Afghan refugees and it is feared another mass exodus.
