Entitled ‘The race against time for smarter development,’ UNESCO’s latest Science Report, shows the evolution of the support system for science, technology and innovation worldwide over time.
This 7th edition also examines how countries use scientific development to build an ecologically and digitally smart future, according to the agency’s website.
