Rouhani presented a report on the economic situation and the impact of economic US terrorism, with its lobbying campaign ordered by former President Trump.
The information showed that Iran was doing well at the beginning of his term, but Trump’s policy damaged gross domestic product (GDP), increased inflation, unemployment, and shortages of food and medical supplies.
In Rouhani’s view, unilateral sanctions and economic warfare should be classed as crimes against humanity.
‘As a victim of this inhumane act, Iran will present to the world the evidence of such coercive measures,’ he said.
