Subsequently, the case was brought to the attention of the 41st Prosecutor’s Office of the state of Zulia, in charge of Andry Reyes and América Rodríguez, who irregularly requested a formal act of imputation against the complainant, turning her from a victim into a perpetrator.

In this regard, he stressed that the agency has processed 265 of its officials involved in actions of this nature to date, of which 23 have already been convicted.
