On his Twitter account, the Cuban president commented on his meeting with Argentinean Health Minister Carla Vizzotti, and stated that ‘challenges are more exciting and inspiring as the effort and search for solutions are shared with brothers of Our America.’

In his message, Diaz-Canel confirmed that during the meeting, at which Vizzotti was accompanied by Special Adviser Cecilia Nicolini, they debated on regional cooperation in fighting Covid-19 and talked about Cuban vaccine candidates and other immunizers developed by the Caribbean nation.
