On Monday, the South Asian country, with 1,350 million inhabitants, reported other 4,454 deaths from the disease, totaling to 303,720 since the disease broke out in its territory, according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
Meanwhile, 222,315 cases were confirmed in the last 24 hours. This is the lowest toll of newly infected in 38 days, according to health authorities. So India has to date reached 26,752,447 Covid-19 people.
India´s coronavirus active patients toll scaled down to 2,720,716, with 23,728,011 recoveries.
