The Chinese president said in his letter that the two nations are strategic cooperation partners that have stood firm to each other on issues of fundamental interests and great concerns.
The mutual trust and friendship between the two countries have gone through the test of 70 years of international changes and remains rock-solid, Xi stated.
The construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, he stressed, achieved remarkable results, bringing tangible benefits to the peoples of both countries, as well as providing a strong boost to regional prosperity.
Meanwhile, President Arif Alvi reaffirmed the commitment to further elevate Pakistan-China friendship to new heights and build a closer community of shared future. Alvi said friendship between the two countries is guarantor of peace in the region.
