In his speech at the extraordinary meeting of foreign ministers of member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the Director of the Qatar Foreign Ministry´s Department of International Organizations Yousef Sultan Larem condemned Israel’s military growing escalation of tensions in Palestine.

He also drew attention to ‘the increased Judaization and settlement rate to a level that can only be described as an ethnic cleansing of Palestinians.’

According to the director’s statements, the Israeli forces´ attack on the Al Aqsa Mosque sparks off the feelings of millions of Muslims worldwide and is a serious violation of human rights and international conventions.
