In a letter sent to Khamenei, the head of Hamas Political Bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement in Palestine, Ismail Haniyeh, described the Zionist brutality committed against residents of the Jerusalem district of Sheikh Jarrah, the Al-Aqsa Mosque, Gaza and other occupied territories.

Given the escalation of aggression, the crimes against the Palestinian people and the violation of the Islamic shrines, ‘we warned that they would not go unpunished,’ Haniyeh said.
