Poland’s president of the Chamber of Commerce, Andrzej Arendarski, said that the meeting sought new business opportunities to strengthen the close bond of mutual cooperation between Havana and Warsaw.
Meanwhile, the vice president of the Cuban counterpart institution, Ruben Ramos, detailed that the economic transformations in Cuba offer greater possibilities to investors from all over the world.
Ramos also denounced the impact of the US economic, commercial and financial blockade against the country’s development, in addition to the complex epidemiological situation caused by the spread of the novel coronavirus.
According to the MINCEX’s website, Cuban companies will present the advances and opportunities in strategic sectors such as tourism and health, and the possibility of increasing exportable products such as tobacco, agricultural-food items and medicines.
