The head of the Russian Presidency press office explained that Rahmon’s visit to talk with Putin, on May 8, was agreed before the border clashes between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan last week.
At the same time, he pointed out that there are no plans that Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov arrives in Moscow to attend Victory Day parades, TASS news agency reported.
