Over 200 Venezuelans return from Peru

Caracas, Apr 21 (Prensa Latina) More than 200 Venezuelans have arrived from Peru, as part of the ¨Vuelta a la Patria¨ (Return to Homeland) plan.

Venezuela´s Foreign Ministry reported on Twitter about the return of 205 people who were facing vulnerable situation in Peru.

Upon arriving at Maiquetía Airport, local health authorities made PCR tests to each passenger to rule out possible positive coronavirus cases.

¨Return to Homeland¨ plan is a program created by President Nicolás Maduro and it aims to provide support and encouragement to migrants who voluntarily wish to return to Venezuela.
