Meanwhile, in Beijing, Sinovac’s vice president Ming Winning and Mohammed Al Badri, head of the Egyptian diplomatic mission accredited in Beijing, were present.
The first contract stipulates that Sinovac will grant a limited license to Vacsera for the local manufacture of the product.
This process will include technical assistance, know-how transfer, methodologies, tools, maintenance equipment and quality control by the Chinese companay, Minister Zayed detailed.
The second agreement grants Sinovac’s permission to reload, package and manufacture the vaccine within Vacsera’s facilities according to its own regulations, according to the official statement.
