Abinader and Giammattei will be the only Latin American presidents who will attend in person the 27th edition of the Ibero-American integration mechanism, while the remaining leaders will do so virtually.
Andorra proposed a semi face-to-face meeting in which only four delegations from member countries will travel to the Principality: Spain and Portugal, due to geographical proximity, and Guatemala and the Dominican Republic, the previous and next headquarters of the Summit.
