According to the planned program, the Forum will bring together in person and virtual meetings representatives of foreign governments, former officials, heads of international groups, politicians, academics and businessmen.

In a few hours, a Chinese senior leader will deliver a speech at the official opening ceremony and another leader will lead the China-United States Business Symposium.

The conference agenda will include discussion of different issues such as the current economic situation, uncertainties arising from the Covid-19 pandemic, development of new technologies, changes in industrial sector, climate change and sustainable growth.

Boao Forum for Asia is a non-profit organization created in 1998 and is also an important platform that brings together experts from different parts of the world every year in order to share views on pressing issues of the global scenario.
